Quotes & Payments

Quotes are based on the property size, condition, and requested services.

Payment is due as agreed (before or after service, depending on the plan).

Extra services (outside the agreed scope) may come with additional fees, but we’ll always let you know first
Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

If we ever need to reschedule (rare, but possible), we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
Access to Property
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property, the service may be considered canceled and a fee may apply.
